I’ve been musing a lot about Journey recently, we have overcome the first hurdle of getting the night up and running.

We have a plan in place for PR and online, which are both beginning to pay off, so what’s next? where do we go from here?

I think one of our big selling points is location vs drinks prices, where else on George street can you have such a great night (at a cool location) without it breaking the bank?

What can I say about this weeks Journey,

Well for the second performance from the guys this week, they will be joined by The Vinyl Club DJ’s – all looking to cut up a storm and make your Wednesday feel like the weekend.

Andy P passed me his comments earlier:

“For the 5th instalment of Wednesdays new hedonistic club night at Lulu your usual residents andyproblems, dj Darkside and darrell Harding are joined for the evening by Leith fm‘s Vinyl Club dj’s Gerry Mawhinney and James Carroll. ( Check ’em out on Fridays at 9pm on 98.8fm or log onto Leith fm‘s webpage ) As well as our usual drinks deals we’re serving up everything from deep and funky club house to tech and electro. Come join the party from 10-3am. I will see you on the dancefloor……..Andy Problems”

Again all the usual drink promotions are running, so it’s not only a great night with cool beats but like the budgie “its cheap” too!

Well already the popularity of the Journey DJ’s is increasing, so much so that they’re playing twice….yes twice this week….WORD!

“Hola people, my good friends DJ Darkside, Andy Problems and myself, with a helping hand from Leith FM‘s Vinyl club DJ’s Gerry mawhinney and James Carroll have another night going on at GRV club in Guthrie street behind Faith this coming Tuesday, Hitting you with House, Tech-house, Techno, Its free to get in and free to get out, doors open at 10 and close at 3!!!!!!.
